Anne E. Boustead

Assistant Professor, School of Government and Public Policy

Anne E. Boustead researches legal and policy issues related to drug policy, electronic surveillance, privacy, and policing.  She is particularly interested in empirically studying the development of the legal cannabis market in the United States, and evaluating the impact of policies regulating cannabis on public health and safety outcomes.  She has a Ph.D. from the Pardee RAND Graduate School, where her dissertation focused on the interplay between commercial data collection and law enforcement surveillance, and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
