According to Pew Research, a typical American now uses at least three different social media platforms. It has never been easier to communicate directly with a large audience, yet difficulties persist: How do you find the people you want to reach online? How can you make use of social media as a communication tool in an authentic, engaging way? This course will explore the trends, drawbacks, and ever-changing landscape of social media, teaching you actionable ways to use social media platforms to communicate directly with the people who matter most.
